    Do you teach, or do you only build the systems?

    Both. Nutron led the training program initiatives at a major public research university — designing the curriculum and delivering instruction across software architecture, product management, mobile and responsive design, accessible delivery to WCAG standards, testing, and customer integration and support — and separately builds the platforms that run and measure programs.

    What placement outcomes have you achieved?

    97% of students were placed into the workforce, measured at graduation, across more than 1,000 students and nearly three years of six-month cohorts. Sustaining that across many cohorts is a different claim from achieving it once, which is why we state the cohort count alongside the rate.

    How do you keep a curriculum current when the skills market moves so fast?

    By treating employer demand as the specification rather than a consultation input. Program content is built from what hiring teams are screening for and revisited as that shifts, instead of being locked for a multi-year approval cycle.

    Do you work with universities, community colleges, or employers directly?

    All three. The published work is with a major public research university, and the same approach applies to community college programs and to employers running internal technical upskilling.

    How does an engagement start?
