TalentCafe: One Platform for Independent Experts

Practice software for coaches, consultants and advisors who work under their own name. It replaces more than 30 separate tools with one platform on the expert's own brand.

A home office set up for client video sessions: a laptop on a stand facing an empty chair, a small ring light switched off, a notebook, a pen and a cup of coffee on a wooden desk, bookshelves behind in late-afternoon light.

    The Challenge

Coaches, consultants and fractional executives who work under their own name end up running a small business on a stack of separate tools: one for booking, another for video calls, others for contracts, invoices, email, courses and a website. Every tool is another login and another monthly bill, and a client's history ends up scattered across all of them. The expertise is the business, but the admin takes the week.

    What We Built

TalentCafe is the platform Nutron designed, built and runs for those experts: one place that carries the whole client relationship, from the first booking to the final invoice, under the expert's own brand. It is sold as a single plan, month to month, with every feature included, and it is free for experts with up to three active clients.

    • Client pipeline, intake forms and a client portal
    • Online booking with reminders, and video sessions in the browser
    • AI session notes and summaries
    • Contracts with e-signatures, and invoices paid by card
    • Online courses, a private community, newsletters and email sequences
    • A website on the expert's own domain, with white-label branding

    How It Runs

    • Runs on Google Cloud, with client data encrypted at rest and in transit.
    • TalentCafe does not use an expert's data to train its own AI models without the expert's explicit consent.
    • Designed, built and operated by Nutron's own team. TalentCafe is a separate company that Nutron owns.

    Results & Impact

    • About 30 executive coaches use it to get back up to 10 hours of administrative work a week.
    • It is live, with paying customers.
    • It replaces more than 30 separate tools with one platform.
    • It earns more than 1,400 organic search impressions a day.
