The AI Operations Audit starts at $1,500 for a two-week engagement, an AI content engine build starts at $2,500, automated lead qualification is $3,000 setup plus $200 per month, an internal knowledge base or RAG chatbot is $4,000 setup plus $300 per month, and custom architecture and development projects start at $15,000 with custom scoping.
Why fixed pricing instead of hourly rates?
Fixed pricing puts the scoping risk on us rather than on you, and it makes the return on the engagement calculable before it starts. Larger custom development programs are scoped in phases so each phase has a defined price and a working deliverable.
