Nutron is a Phoenix, Arizona AI and process automation company, founded in 2019 and run by its three founders from Ahwatukee. We are a US-based company with a US workforce: three founders and a team of five to ten, sized to the work, all in the United States. Nothing we deliver is subcontracted or offshored.
We are technologists, and AI implementation is one of our specialties: we built the computer-vision system the leading US glass-claims processor runs in production. That system is covered by a granted US patent that the client owns, and all three of our founders are among its named inventors. AI implementation is not everything we do. What matters most is getting to the outcome the decision maker asked for, and the promise is a plain one: we sit down with whoever owns the problem, listen, find what is really causing it, and tell you how to fix it, in writing. If you choose, the same people build it, at a fixed price, on the systems you already run, and you keep the system.

Where our experience comes from
Our three founders are engineers by training who built their careers inside global semiconductor manufacturers, mostly at Intel and Motorola: keeping wafer fabs running around the clock, raising yield, and building the HR, data, and software systems those companies run on.
A plant that never stops teaches you to measure a problem, find its real cause, fix it, and make the fix hold on every shift. Our sense of what breaks at scale comes from manufacturing, human resources, and software technology, and from the work: a system that had to hold for 120,000 employees, a claims flow still in production for the leading US glass-claims processor, a program that held cohort after cohort. We have tackled enough different problems to know the hard ones are the ones worth taking, and we run toward the problems other firms turn down.
