Nutron is a Phoenix, Arizona AI and process automation company, founded in 2019 and run by its three founders from Ahwatukee. We are a US-based company with a US workforce: three founders and a team of five to ten, sized to the work, all in the United States. Nothing we deliver is subcontracted or offshored.
We are technologists, and AI implementation is one of our specialties: Nutron holds the patents on the computer-vision system the leading US glass-claims processor runs in production. It is not everything we do. What matters most is getting to the outcome the decision maker asked for, and the promise is a plain one: we sit down with whoever owns the problem, listen, find what is really causing it, and tell you how to fix it, in writing. Where we come from
Between them, the three founders bring more than 70 years of global semiconductor manufacturing experience, leading technology teams at some of the largest technology companies in the world. They are educators, integrators, and solution architects, and they hold technology patents. That is where our sense of what breaks at scale comes from, and we have put it to work inside a 120,000-employee semiconductor manufacturer's workforce operations, behind the leading US glass-claims processor, for a 75-attorney law firm, and at a public research university.

Our sense of what breaks at scale comes from manufacturing, human resources, and software technology, and from the work: a system that had to hold for 120,000 employees, a claims flow still in production for the leading US glass-claims processor, a program that held cohort after cohort.
