Privacy Policy

The short version

• We collect what you send us: through a form, the booking calendar, a job application, an email, a call or a text.
• We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads measurement to learn how the site is used. In Europe, including the EU, the UK and Switzerland, none of it runs unless you allow it. Elsewhere it runs unless you turn it off.
• We don't sell your personal information.
• Change your choices any time under Your privacy choices, at the bottom of every page. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email privacy@nutron.ai.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

What you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and message.
• Booking calendar (run by Cal.com): what its booking form asks for, such as your name and email address, and any notes you add.
• Wall Network, for businesses: your name, business name, phone number and a good time to call; optionally whether you'd like a frame or a screen, your ZIP code, type of business, whether you own or lease, and whether you're a franchise.
• Wall Network, for advertisers: what you advertise, the ZIP codes or areas you want, the formats you're interested in, your name, business or event name and email address; optionally your phone number and notes.
• Job applications: your name, email address, CV and message; optionally your phone number, LinkedIn profile, school, expected graduation date and portfolio or social links.
• Emails, calls and texts you send us: whatever you include.

You don't have to give us anything to read the site. To get a reply, a booking or a decision on a job application, we need the details a form asks for; the fields marked optional are just that.

What travels with a message or a booking

If you allow analytics: the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the site that referred you (without anything after the "?" in its address except campaign tags and ad-click IDs), any campaign tags or ad-click IDs in the link that brought you (such as utm_source or gclid), and your Google Analytics browser ID. It lets us see which pages and campaigns lead to a conversation. Without analytics, only the page you sent it from.

What's collected when you browse

• Hosting logs. Our host, Google Cloud, logs every request to the site: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page that linked to it, and the time. We use the logs to keep the site working and secure, and they're deleted after 30 days.
• Google Analytics (if allowed): pages viewed and for how long, buttons and links used, whether a form or a booking went through, the site or campaign that brought you, your browser, device, language and screen size, and your approximate location (city, region and country) worked out from your IP address. Google says Analytics doesn't log or store IP addresses. Page addresses are sent without anything after the "?" except campaign tags, and Google's ad-click ID only while advertising measurement is on; the tag also removes anything that looks like an email address.
• Microsoft Clarity (if allowed): clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, and what the page showed, as a replay; plus your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit. Anything you type into a form is hidden before the recording leaves your browser.
• Google Ads measurement (if allowed, and only with analytics on): whether a visit that came from one of our ads ended in a booking or a message, with the ad-click ID from the link and the _gcl_ cookies and key listed below.

What we don't collect

There's nothing to sign in to, so we hold no accounts or passwords, and nothing is sold on the site, so we take no payment details. We don't ask for sensitive information such as health, financial account or government ID details, or your precise location. Please don't put it in a message or an application.

3. How we use it, and why we're allowed to

The last column is the legal basis the GDPR asks us to name. The same uses apply wherever you are.

We don't make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects. We tell Google not to use anything from this site to personalize ads.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and browser storage let the site, and the tools on it, remember something between pages or visits. The necessary ones always run. The others run only while their category is on. In Europe, including the EU, the UK and Switzerland, every category starts off, and the site asks; elsewhere every category starts on, and you can turn any of them off. The site doesn't look up where you are: it goes by your device's time zone, and a zone that names no place (such as UTC) is asked first too.

• Analytics (Google Analytics): Counts pages viewed, buttons used and whether a booking or a message went through, so we can tell what helps. It also notes the page, site or campaign that brought you here, and adds that to a message you send us.
• Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity): Records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement on our pages, with anything you type hidden, so we can see where a page confuses people.
• Advertising measurement (Google Ads): Tells Google Ads when a visit that began with one of our ads ends in a booking or a message, so we know which ads work. We tell Google not to use it to personalize ads. It works through Google Analytics, so it runs only when Analytics is on too.

When you open the booking calendar, Cal.com's own page loads inside ours and may use cookies of its own to run the booking; see Cal.com's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

5. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run parts of the site for us, and only for that work:

• Google: hosting (Google Cloud, in Oregon, USA), our email (Google Workspace), Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. How Google uses this data (opens in a new tab).
• Microsoft: Clarity. Microsoft Privacy Statement (opens in a new tab).
• Cal.com: the booking calendar. Privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
• Web3Forms: delivers form messages, and each job application with a link to the CV, to our inbox. It says it doesn't store submissions, and deletes its server logs, which can include what you sent, about every two months. Its servers are in the US; the company is based in India. • Supabase: stores job applications and CVs. Privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger, financing or sale of the business, in which case this policy keeps applying to it.

We never share phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

We don't sell personal information, and we haven't in the past 12 months. Advertising measurement sends Google Ads information about visits that came from our ads, which some US state laws may call "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or "targeted advertising". You can opt out: turn off Advertising measurement in Your privacy choices, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.

Google and Microsoft can collect information about your activity over time and across other websites that use their tools, under their own policies. On this site their tags run only in the categories you allow.

6. Where your information goes

Nutron is in the United States, and so are the servers that run this site. If you're outside the US, what you send us goes to the US, where privacy law may differ from yours. Our providers may also process it in other countries. Where a law such as the GDPR requires a safeguard for that, we rely on the ones our providers offer in their data processing terms, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep it

• Messages, inquiries and bookings: while we're in touch with you, then only as long as we need a record for legal, tax or accounting reasons, or until you ask us to delete it and the law lets us.
• Job applications: while we're considering yours, then only as long as our hiring records or the law require. Ask us to delete yours at any time. The link to your CV in our notification email stops working after 90 days.
• Hosting logs: 30 days. Web3Forms' server logs: about two months.
• Google Analytics: visit-level data for 14 months; after that, only totals remain.
• Microsoft Clarity: recordings 30 days; summarized click and heatmap data 9 months.
• Your privacy choices, in your browser: in Europe, 6 months; elsewhere, until you change them.

8. Your choices, and how to opt out

• Your privacy choices turn analytics, session recordings and advertising measurement on or off. Turning one off stops it and deletes what it stored on this site. The link is at the bottom of every page, or open your privacy choices now.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, we turn session recordings and advertising measurement off and keep them off.
• Do Not Track: there's no agreed standard for what it means, so the site doesn't respond to it. Your privacy choices and Global Privacy Control do the job instead.
• Your browser can block or delete cookies, and the site still works. If blocking third-party cookies stops the embedded calendar from holding a time slot, the link under the calendar opens cal.com directly.
• Google Analytics opt-out: Google's browser add-on (opens in a new tab) turns Google Analytics off on every site.
• Messages from us: we don't send marketing email or newsletters. For texts, reply STOP; see our SMS consent policy.

9. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, for a copy of it, to correct it, or to delete it. Email privacy@nutron.ai. We may ask you to confirm it's you, for example by replying from the email address you used with us. We'll respond within 30 days, and tell you if we need longer, as the law allows.

In Europe, including the EU, the UK and Switzerland

You can also restrict or object to how we use your information, have what you gave us sent to you or another company in a common format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. You can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.

In US states with privacy laws

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws may have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, to get a portable copy, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, of targeted advertising, and of profiling. We don't collect sensitive personal information. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.

An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission; we may ask you to confirm the request with us directly. If we turn a request down, you can appeal: email privacy@nutron.ai with "Appeal" in the subject line. We'll answer within 45 days, and if you disagree with the answer, you can contact your state's attorney general.

California: what we collected in the past 12 months

We collected these categories for the purposes in section 3 and disclosed them to the service providers in section 5. We didn't sell any of them. While advertising measurement is on, identifiers and internet activity may count as "shared" with Google for cross-context behavioral advertising, as section 5 explains, and you can opt out there.

Nevada

We don't sell covered information as Nevada law defines it. You can still send an opt-out request to privacy@nutron.ai.

10. Children

The site isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, email privacy@nutron.ai and we'll delete it.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information: the site is served only over HTTPS, and we use providers that secure their own systems. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. When the cookie categories change, the site asks again wherever it asks first. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll ask for your consent where the law requires it.
