An Arizona AI and process automation company, built for Arizona operations

Nutron is a Phoenix-based Arizona AI and process automation company with an in-house US team, serving Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Flagstaff, and businesses statewide. A two-week operations audit, from $1,500, puts a cost on every bottleneck and puts the fix in writing; if you want it built, the people who wrote it build it at a fixed price on the systems you already run, and you own the result. Local and reachable at (602) 271-4000: in the Phoenix metro we will meet you at your site or ours, and everywhere else in the state the same team delivers over video.

    Serving the State of Arizona

    Statewide from a Phoenix base

Nutron works with businesses across the Grand Canyon State: at your site or ours anywhere in the Phoenix metro, over video everywhere else. Same two weeks either way: audit the operation, put the fix in writing, then build the integrations, workflows, and AI automation the audit found, if you choose.

Facts on this page current as of September 30, 2026.

Problems we have already solved. Each figure is the client's, not ours.

We built the case-management platform inside a 120,000-employee semiconductor manufacturer, the patented assessment system behind the leading US glass-claims processor, and the program that placed 97% of more than 1,000 university students at graduation. Different buildings, same shape: work that crosses systems and people, held together by someone's spreadsheet. Every percentage below is client-reported and links to the write-up behind it. Where there is no write-up, we say so.

A semiconductor manufacturer with 120,000+ employees

The problem: retention and satisfaction across a 120,000-person global workforce, with no system surfacing retention risk before it escalated. What we built: an end-to-end employee case-management platform, with workflow automation for cases, analytics across workforce data, and predictive modeling for retention risk. Client-reported: 67% faster case resolution, 23% higher retention, 34% higher employee satisfaction. This was workforce software, not the plant floor; what carries over is that we have shipped inside a semiconductor manufacturer at that scale, and we say so because a manufacturer will ask.

    The leading US glass-claims processor

The problem: cycle time lost in assessment queues, manual routing, and rework from inconsistent decisions. What we built: the computer-vision assessment system behind their claims flow, with confidence thresholds that route uncertain cases to a person rather than to a guess. It is covered by a granted US patent that the client owns; all three of our founders are among its named inventors. Client-reported: 75% faster processing at 99.2% assessment accuracy, sustained in production.

Rows of bound case files and binders in a law firm records room, one binder pulled halfway out.

    A 75-attorney law firm

The problem: attorneys losing hours a day searching case law, contracts, and precedent across databases, with documents that had to stay inside the firm. What we built: a private retrieval assistant over the firm's own documents, every document kept in-house, delivered in six weeks. Firm-reported: 85% faster client responses, 3x case capacity.

An empty university computer lab at dawn, rows of monitors dark, a whiteboard with a system diagram at the front.

    A public research university

The problem: graduates leaving with the skills a curriculum written years earlier assumed, not the ones employers were screening for. What we did: treated employer demand as the specification, designed the program, and taught it ourselves, with delivery built and tested to WCAG standards. Six-month cohorts, more than 1,000 students, nearly three years. Measured at graduation: 97% placed, sustained across many cohorts rather than achieved once. The university is anonymized at its request.

A distribution warehouse aisle with racked pallets and a forklift far in the distance under skylights.

    An enterprise logistics operation

The problem: throughput time absorbed by handoffs between planning, warehouse, and transport, and working capital trapped in inventory. What we did: the unglamorous cycle-time and inventory work inside the operation, and the systems behind warranties and returns. The client reached and held a top-five placement in Gartner's Supply Chain Top 25 across multiple years. We contributed; the ranking reflects the whole operation, and we would not claim otherwise. No public write-up, so no percentage; ask on the call.

Ask us how any of these was built. We will walk you through it, and we will tell you which parts would not carry over to your situation. Practices: Manufacturing · Logistics & supply chain · Insurance & claims · Education & workforce programs · HR & workforce operations. How every number on this page is sourced.

First the blueprint. Then the build, if you choose it.

Nutron is a software company that audits, not an advisory firm that subcontracts. A recommendation is only worth what gets built from it, so the people who write the blueprint are the people who can build from it, and every recommendation is constrained by what they would actually have to build against your existing systems, not by what looks good in a slide deck. Because the blueprint is yours, you can build from it with us, with your own team, with someone else, or not at all.

    1. 1

Two weeks with the people who do the work.

It starts in a room with whoever owns the problem, the owner, the COO, the program director, and then with the people doing the work. We trace how a job actually moves from intake to delivery, including the handoffs, rework loops, and spreadsheet workarounds that never appear in the documented version. In person across the Phoenix metro; over video anywhere in the United States. Your assumption about the cause is the starting hypothesis, not the conclusion. If the cause turns out to be somewhere else, we say so before you spend a build budget on it.

    2. 2

      What you walk away with.

A process map of your current state, a prioritized list of bottlenecks with the annual cost of each one quantified, a recommended fix for each, and an implementation roadmap with sequencing and effort estimates. It is written to be actionable by any competent team: Nutron's, yours, or a third party's. An audit can end with us recommending nothing be built, or an off-the-shelf tool and an afternoon of setup. The fee is the same, and the blueprint is still yours. We would rather refute an assumption than manufacture a project.

      What the audit covers
    3. 3

If you want it built, the people who wrote it build it.

In-house, by our US team, nothing subcontracted. Fixed price, scoped from the audit: custom builds start at $15,000, and the quote is fixed before work starts, so the scoping risk sits with us. We integrate with the ERP, CRM, or operational system you already run, a plant system, a learning platform, a ticketing tool, rather than replacing it; most of the value sits in the gaps between systems, which is a cheaper and lower-risk problem than a migration. We build it with you, not off in a corner: you see working pieces as they come together and weigh in before the next one is built. Where a model earns its place, we put one in; where a rule does the job, we use the rule.

    4. 4

      You keep the system.

Every build ends with a working system, its documentation, and training for the people who will use it. You own the code. If you want us to keep operating and improving it, support arrangements for systems in production are available, priced up front; if you want your own team to, enablement runs alongside delivery so they can. Either way, nothing depends on Nutron staying in the room.

A printed operations blueprint spread across a conference table, with two people's hands pointing at one step.

Two weeks. Fixed fee, from $1,500. The blueprint is yours whether or not we build it.

    Arizona AI Consulting FAQs

Which cities we serve, how engagements run, and how we handle regulated industries.

Which Arizona cities does Nutron serve?

Nutron works with businesses across Arizona including Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Glendale, Flagstaff, and Yuma. In the Phoenix metro we will meet you at your site or ours; everywhere else in the state, and across the United States, the same team delivers over video.

What does an Arizona custom software development engagement look like?

It starts with the two-week operations audit, from $1,500: we interview the people doing the work, map how it actually moves from intake to delivery, and put the fix in writing. From there, if you choose, Nutron designs the architecture, builds the software, integrates it with the systems you already run, and trains your team before handover. You own the result.

Do you build software for regulated industries in Arizona?

Yes. Nutron has delivered systems for legal, insurance, semiconductor manufacturing, and financial services clients, with security and compliance requirements designed into the build rather than added afterwards.

Can Nutron integrate with the software our Arizona business already uses?

Yes, that is the default approach. Nutron builds API-first integrations into existing CRM, ERP, finance, and operational systems rather than requiring a rip-and-replace migration.

Start with the problem, not the pitch.

Thirty minutes. Tell us what is slowing you down and we will tell you whether the two-week operations audit is worth it for you, and what we would look at first.

    Book thirty minutes with Nutron.

No prep. Bring the problem in your own words. We will ask what is slowing you down, who touches the work, and what you have already tried. If the problem warrants it, the next step is the two-week operations audit, from $1,500.

The calendar loads when you open it, so nothing from a third party runs until you choose to.

    Open it on cal.com instead

    Or tell us the problem

Two sentences about what is slowing you down is enough. A founder reads this inbox every weekday, and you will hear back from a person.

    Or call

We are at 1345 E Chandler Blvd, Suite 117, Phoenix, AZ 85048, in Ahwatukee. In the Phoenix metro, we will meet you at your site or ours. If you are anywhere else in the United States, the call works the same, with the same US team.

If the audit finds nothing worth building, you will hear that from us in writing, and the blueprint is still yours.
